The modernisation phase from 1990 to 1992 laid the foundations for technological change in metal processing. The latest CNC milling and turning machines and CNC welding robots made it possible to expand the production of high-precision construction and geodesy products such as tripods and prism poles.

1990Joint-Venture Hungary
The joint venture subsidiary Euro-Geo KFT was founded in Hungary soon after reunification in 1990. Initially with four employees, today there are around 35 employees who primarily produce tripods for surveying equipment.

To compensate for the prolonged slump in the construction industry at the time, the company returned to its forestry roots and began producing forestry equipment. It was the first manufacturer ever to produce measuring clamps with hollow aluminium profiles and quickly became the European market leader.
