Wooden tripods have high damping properties and behave almost neutrally in sunlight. This makes them suitable for stationing surveying instruments (theodolites, total stations, motorised robotic stations) and for measurements with the highest accuracy requirements. A special oil treatment prevents the penetration of water, thus significantly reducing the resulting swelling of the wood. This tripod is equipped with a round head plate. The self-locking mechanism secures the tripod legs during carrying and transport. Unintentional unfolding is thus prevented. This efficiently prevents transport damage and injuries. For flexible use, the tripod can be quickly positioned by the eccentric clamp and additionally secured by the screw clamp if required. The two clamping variants can be used individually or together.
